There has not been a lot of focus on this aspect because front line leaders are typically stronger with actions than words. One of the areas for improvement is the ability to give clear instructions.

Risk matrix is a commonly used tool in risk assessment to assist companies in determining the risk levels of hazards. Due to its simplicity, the use of risk matrix is very widespread to the extent that some people assume that risk matrix is the only way to conduct risk assessment! However, risk matrix has plenty of limitations.
